Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
